Union Row House
A full transformation of a traditional row house, reworking flow, light, and structure through coordinated design and construction.
Overview
This project involved the full interior reconstruction of a three-story brick row house in downtown Jersey City. The existing home had a segmented layout, outdated mechanical systems, and limited natural light — common issues in older row houses.
